Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery within South Africa takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep.

Delays
We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will contact you directly.
